Why this site exists

I have always liked making things, and had been saving up ideas for apps. In September 2026 I started publishing small tools, one at a time, that solve everyday inconveniences.

The first one was a piano app. To check the pitch of a note, I used a piano app that opened instantly on my phone, but it began showing long video ads and waiting became a burden. I decided to build one myself that keeps ads from getting in the way of use.

How I decide what to build

I build what I want to use, what I find interesting, what I think will help someone, or what there is demand for. Many of the apps came from my own problems, and some were made for students I work with.

How they are released

Apps are first released as browser apps, which need no store review, and later in app stores where it makes sense. Simple tools are free. Tools with value found nowhere else may be paid. Each is decided case by case.

Data

Apps are built not to collect more data, such as personal information, than necessary.

About this site

Kasey Labs publishes apps that run in the browser and on the phone, together with guides and background explanations for using them. They are built to solve, one at a time, the small problems that come up in screen and PC work, organizing notes and text, paperwork such as invoices, and making music tools.

How articles are written

• Explanations of rules and systems cite official sources such as the National Tax Agency of Japan, Apple and Microsoft.
• Anything measured here states the date, the environment, and what could not be checked.
• What has not been checked is stated as not checked.

Updates and corrections

The site is updated almost every day. When an error is found, the article is corrected and its check date updated. If you notice a mistake, please tell us at the address below.

Advertising

Ads may be shown, within limits that do not get in the way of use. Articles and apps are written to the same standard whether or not ads are shown.

Bug reports, requests and other questions are welcome at the address above. Replies may take some time, and some questions cannot be answered.
