Terms of use
These terms (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the websites, web apps and iPhone apps provided by Kasey Labs ("we") (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all of the Services. Conditions specific to an individual app are listed under "Additional terms for specific apps" below and take priority if they differ. How personal information is handled is described in the Privacy policy.
2. Using the Services
- Use the Services at your own responsibility.
- Where an account is required, keep your registration details accurate and keep your sign-in credentials to yourself.
- Purchases and payments in the iPhone apps are handled by Apple. Refunds follow Apple's terms.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Violating laws or public order and morals
- Harassing or bothering other users, impersonation, or publishing others' personal information without permission
- Interfering with the operation of the Services, unauthorised access, or reverse engineering
- Infringing others' rights, including copyright, publicity and privacy
- Using or publishing information obtained through the Services for other purposes
4. Suspension and restriction
If you engage in prohibited conduct, we may, without prior notice, remove posts, restrict use, or suspend or delete your account.
5. Intellectual property
Copyright and other rights in the Services belong to us or their rightful owners. You keep the rights in what you post, and grant us permission to use it as needed to provide the Services.
6. Changes and termination of the Services
We may change or end the Services when necessary. We will give notice in advance where possible.
7. Disclaimer
- The Services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose, or that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- We are not responsible for disputes between users, or for problems arising from in-person meetings prompted by the Services. Please resolve them between yourselves.
- Except in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Services.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms when necessary. Changes take effect when posted on this page. We will announce important changes in the app or elsewhere.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute.

Additional terms for specific apps
SAKUTTO (invitation-only app)
- Invitation only: only people with an invitation code can register. Do not share or sell invitation codes to people who were not invited.
- Age: the app is for people aged 20 or over.
- Friends and posts: a post is shown only to the friends you choose to notify. Choose only people you trust.
- Reporting and blocking: you can report and block unpleasant posts or people from within the app. We review reports and respond as needed.
- Suspension: if you engage in prohibited conduct or may endanger or bother other users, we will suspend your account. We may not give prior notice or detailed reasons.
- Meeting in person: whether to meet up based on plans you learn of in the app is your own decision and responsibility. Even where alcohol is involved, do not pressure anyone or serve minors.
